This project is a mixed residential development consisting of a six-story condominium building and five individual luxury villas. The primary objective was to create a balanced development that caters to two different market segments—middle-income residents in the condo units and premium users in the private villas. The condominium building was designed with efficient floor planning, optimized circulation, and practical amenities to ensure affordability without compromising comfort and architectural quality. Each unit maximizes natural light, ventilation, and functional living space, making it suitable for modern urban lifestyles. In contrast, the five villas were designed with high-end luxury features, including rooftop swimming pools, dedicated parking, spacious master bedrooms, expansive living areas, and separate guest bedroom accommodations. The design emphasizes privacy, exclusivity, and premium finishes to enhance the overall residential experience. The ultimate challenge of the project was maintaining a clear distinction in luxury standards while ensuring architectural harmony across the entire development.
