Shamatta Housing is a thoughtfully planned 10,000 sqft residential development in Tanzania, designed as a four-unit building that balances functionality, buildability, and modern comfort. The client’s primary vision was to establish a structurally efficient and easily constructible building while maximizing the use of available space, including organized parking and essential shared facilities. One of the main challenges was incorporating all required room programs within a compact yet efficient layout without compromising circulation and spatial quality. The design carefully optimizes floor planning to ensure well-proportioned living spaces, natural light, and ventilation. Medium-luxury features are integrated through quality materials, refined façade treatment, and practical yet elegant interior layouts. The project reflects a smart residential solution that combines cost-effective construction strategies with contemporary aesthetics, ensuring both long-term durability and comfortable urban living.
